10 marathons, 5:36 my first and fastest, almost beat it this year in Portland but my training slacked the last 6 weeks and it hurt me. Someday I will beat it!

Hmm, I got my first PR in 5 years but I want to get some more.  I want to be a consistent middle of the packer not just "not last place"

Okay, I am setting my goal.

Minimum 1 mile 6 days a week.  I am going to cut out dwadle (sp?) time in the morning and am going to do one mile.

1. I need to because exercise is one of the best things for SAD

2. 10-15 minutes a day is nothing!!

3. I will set out my clothes every night so I don't waste time looking.

4. I have holiday pounds already can't be adding more, and when I exercise I WANT to eat better.

5. Diet coke will stay for now, I use it as line of defense against my hundreds of teenagers :P and my 5am mornings......................although starbucks carmel spiced cider is to die for and i'm sure it's a bazillion calories but YUMMY!

Day one of my goal, and I feel fine, but my lungs don't like this dry air.  Knock one up to exercise induced asthma. 

I like to run, I like to run and what a wake up in the mornings, this is going to be good, as long as I am good.

total time 15 minutes.  started out slower today but went faster in the middle with about a minute cool down.............now to go get moving again.  TEST DAY!! woohahahaha wicked laugh, but test days are a time for me to catch up :)

Okay, I am not running this morning but don't count me out just yet.  I have to take my daughter to tumbling at the nearby fitness center at 6pm.  I am going to hit the track or treadmill while she is in her class..............

but I am noticing more energy and the bloating is gone wahoo!!!! 

  I did 2.5 during tumbling class today in 29 minutes flat, yeah baby.  I haven't slowed too terribly bad but my endurance is definitely low and I can fill the jiggle in my backside.

I did another .2 for a cool down, heart rate seemed to stay between 165-175 pretty good I think.
