RHPC 1/2

I got lucky today because I was able to spend the night in American Fork so I didn't have to get up as early to do the race.

I didn't even realize who all the people were who were there. It was lots of fun.  I was nervous about starting off too fast but I averaged about 11:30 on the way up the canyon(was sooo glad to turn around) I then averaged 10:30 on the way back down. YIPPEE and I even had a potty stop. Total time was 2:25 that is only 7 minutes from my all time PR and that was over 5 years ago!  It also happened to be 50 minutes faster than Moab 1/2 THIS YEAR!  (Ok, so I could have run Moab half faster than that but I was pacing with a "virgin" halfer-who I talked into doing the race) But still even if I had pushed it I probably would have finished in 2:45ish. I am very pleased with my run today and can't wait until next year!!!

Smooth, I met you I just didn't make the connection. I brought the pink diamond/diamond shoe with my sis-in-law. I believe you took the slipper home to a granddaughter? I know better at goblin valley! YIPPEE. Now for a week of repentance after sinning (eating and not running) while vacationing at my mothers!

From Smooth on Mon, Jul 19, 2010 at 10:19:19 from 174.23.244.221

Oh Yesh! Now I remember! silly me! The diamond slipper is sitting on my dresser, using it to hold my ear rings and rings. My grand daughter really likes it...but her mommy said she couldn't take it home. Double THANK YOUs for bringing the BEST bling!!!

will be fun to see you again at GV. I still need to sign up.

So happy you had fun eating and playing at your mother's. My eatings have been awful.wonderful...too much treats and desserts with family visiting. My sis-in-law makes the most sinful desserts...very hard to resist.

Have a greets week with *repenting*!!!
