10 marathons, 5:36 my first and fastest, almost beat it this year in Portland but my training slacked the last 6 weeks and it hurt me. Someday I will beat it!

Hmm, I got my first PR in 5 years but I want to get some more.  I want to be a consistent middle of the packer not just "not last place"

Lots of wind and a dangerous run, almost didn't make it to the potty stop. Errrr. Anywho I got it done :)

Just one quickie today then headed off to the gym to do an hour of cardio kickboxing.  Not to toot my own horn but I was able to keep up at the  high end. Higher kicks, more jumping, deeper squats etc. Feel the burn.............

One hour of spin class then 7.7 miles on the treadmill while kids were still in bed. Well for part of it at least. I was watching Take the Lead, man I really want to learn how to dance.......

done in 66 minutes. Not sure what the pace works out to be. It was one of those burn off the stress workouts. Felt great!! Maybe I'll hit a class at the gym tonight :)

Did a 1 hr spin class then 4 miles after work followed by an hour of zumba step.

Churchill Jr. High fun run. I pushed Loren in the stroller and Natalie did the whole thing. It was a little hard to move around all those dwaddling kids but we had fun!

NIce slow long run with a friend. We threw in some large hills in the middle!

10 miles in the morning with Mary. They were pretty slow but it was miles. We had little inclines but after her longest run ever on Saturday can't except a lot.  

 

5 miles in the afternoon hiking up Mueller Park with the family. We had a picnic while we were up there. The kids did amazingly well and I am so proud of them. They were even running on the way back. Can't walk through a store but hey a five mile hike no big deal........
