Two laps around the fitness center then it was about mile more to get there and back from my house. Mile one 13:09, stretch, mile two 12:18 mile three 13:18 (one minute was readjusting shoe laces because of numbness) mile 3/4 11:50 pace Still was a good workout not my fastest possible but I just wanted some good miles in. I even did it without my ipod, no, with my ipod but without music because it was dead less than a mile into my workout. |
