10 marathons, 5:36 my first and fastest, almost beat it this year in Portland but my training slacked the last 6 weeks and it hurt me. Someday I will beat it!

Hmm, I got my first PR in 5 years but I want to get some more.  I want to be a consistent middle of the packer not just "not last place"

Didn't have a lot of time so decided to do a practice 5k run.  Finished in 32:45 my best time in the last 5 years.  Think I might PR fairly soon :)

30 minutes of spin class made we want to blow chunks.  Then 30 minutes of yoga, I know I need some more strength training.

I went up to syracuse to run with my sis in law.  My longest for the last year and a half was 13 miles.  I did 17.7 with her and she did a few more to make 20.  It was a nice run and I was very happy that I was fast enough to not make it completely drag out and I was slow enough to make her slow her pace down 1 to 2 minutes a miles so that she can do the distance.  She tends to out too fast.  She laughed during the run saying she had never had so consistent in her pace.  Now THAT is something I am good at.  We kept every mile at about 12:10-12:30 even with hills except for the water stop miles, and the one mile where it dropped into the 11's.  Not bad, not bad.
