I convinced myself to go back to bed this morning,

I'm too tired, I've been going to bed to late, I ate too much yesterday, the bed will be sad if I get out of it etc.  Basically anything and everything to go back to sleep but finally this new runner person in my head said get up and do it.  You ALWAYS feel better afterwards, it never makes you any more tired during the day, blah blah blah blah blah.

So I did it,  3 quick miles

mile one 12:15

mile two 11:45

 mile three 10:40

Oh, and if anybody is reading my blog, If you want to run the race for the cure, Larry H miller will pay for half your registration, so it costs 12.50.  Just type in WASATCHFORD in the coupon code when you register on active.

Way to get out of bed! I know how you feel! Sometimes we think it is going to be more enjoyable to lay there, but like you said, that runner dudette in our head just sits there and bugs us till we get up and get running! That is cool that Larry Miller is doing that! I wish we could join in on this one, but it won't work out for us this time.

Thank you as always for the encouragement. I truly appreciate it. I had you confused for a little while with a girl in our running group. But I think I've got it figured out now.

Thanks again and good luck in your training.

I hope you and Alan do a great race on Saturday! It will be nice to have someone to pace with.
