| | 1 mile on the treadmill. Keeping it slow. I know I can do more I just don't know if I WILL do more. So trying to keep my miles low and just be more consistent. No big races in the future. It's hard when your partner is injured. I also did 10 min on treadmill without power. OUCH pushing that thing along hurt. |

| | still nice and slow. I have a hard time not speeding up just to finish faster.................... .1 cool down when finished. I really just need to lose a little weight to feel better and fit in my clothes that worked just last year. |

| | 15.6 miles on the bike. Our friend who wanted to come with us is not an early riser so we didn't start until after 9am. Wow it was hot. It felt so much better to be moving than to stand still. |

| | 10.6 miles in 43 minutes. It was a good push, we had fun. Our friend had been riding a bike waaaaay too big for her so we swapped bikes around and had a great ride. |

| | 1 mile just to get it done. Now I have to get ready and take to do a tire pressure check/rotation, oil change and alignment. UGH! Then it's off to swim class and free lunch before I take the kids to a sitter so I can go to class for 4 hours. Long day here I come. Planning a 40-50miler bike tomorrow. I am trying to get ready for a cache county century ride at the end of August. |

| | Started at 8 the night before and spent the next 24hrs putting cones/signs in place. Picking up trash, training volunteers, and picking all the cones for about 30 miles of the Ragnar Northwest passage relay. Had a great time and them help take down the whole thing at the end. Man I am beat my legs kill but I had a ton of fun. |
