I only lasted a little while before I was itching all over like mad.  I was bright red, even though I was running indoors and not in the cold.  When I stepped off I was a bit naseous and I think it was because of my lingering cold. YUCK.  Sleep deprivation might of helped.  I did get a bit of leg work in once I recovered and while my kids were still in dance class.  Think I will get a gym membership. Why not workout if i am already there.  I just took a tutoring job, not like I don't have enough to do already, but it's my neighbors kid and they are really great people.  So maybe I'll make enough to pay for the membership.
