10 marathons, 5:36 my first and fastest, almost beat it this year in Portland but my training slacked the last 6 weeks and it hurt me. Someday I will beat it!

did my little mileage, then off to donate blood and then to the zoo to see the new baby snow leopard. Can't wait to see the baby elephant when it finally arrives.
15.6 miles on the bike. Our friend who wanted to come with us is not an early riser so we didn't start until after 9am. Wow it was hot. It felt so much better to be moving than to stand still.
